Yes, parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, or you may reserve a parking space for $30 per month.
Are utilities like internet and electricity included in the rent at The Asher?
Wi‑Fi/Internet, water, sewer, and pest control are all included in the rent. At the Asher, residents are required to pay for electricity based on usage.
What lease terms does The Asher offer? Are there options besides a full academic year?
Lease terms run through July 31st, offering immediate move‑ins available.
How secure is the community at The Asher?
Resident safety is a priority at The Asher. We feature controlled-access entry, security cameras in common areas, on-site staff, as well as security who patrol the property daily.
Are there recreational or social amenities available within The Asher?
Yes! We believe in a balanced student life. The Asher features a resident lounge with a TV and games, a resort-style pool with grills, a fitness center, a pickleball court, and a sand volleyball court. We also host regular resident events to help you connect with your neighbors.
What are the typical upfront costs and fees before moving in?
Before you move in, you can expect to pay a community fee of $200.00 and your first month’s rent. You may also be entitled to pay a mitigated risk fee as well as a guarantor waiver fee, if applicable. All fees are outlined in detail during the application process.
What is the guest policy at The Asher?
Residents at The Asher are welcome to have guests. For overnight stays, our lease states guests may not stay longer than two consecutive nights. According to the lease documents, you may not exceed more than 10 people in your unit at one time.
Are there quiet hours or specific community rules I should know about?
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, The Asher observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. A full list of community guidelines is provided in the lease agreement.
How are packages handled at The Asher?
Here at the Asher, we have a 24-hour parcel pending lockers or carriers to leave residents packages in. if the lockers are full or if the package is oversized, carriers will drop off the packages to the front office. Community Interns will then log them into the system and you will recieve an email confirmation that we have them in office.
Is renter’s insurance required to live at The Asher?
Yes. Requirements are outlined in detail during the application process.
What is the neighborhood like around the community?
Our community is located in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood. We are just a short distance from all the major colleges and universities, shopping centers, and entertainment options.
What parks and recreational areas are nearby?
For those who love the outdoors, the Asher is close to several beautiful parks, including San Luis Mission Park, which offers walking trails, lake views, and dog parks. Cascade Parks is about a 10-minute drive from the community, providing scenic views, walking trails and outdoor events.

Does The Asher offer roommate matching services?
Roommate matching is completed based on the answers provided in each applicant’s questionnaire. If a resident does not already have roommates lined up, we use their application responses to pair them with the most compatible match.
Does The Asher offer individual leases?
Yes, here at The Asher we specialize in individual leases, meaning you’re only responsible for your portion of the rent, not your roommates’.
What is the pet policy here?
We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry family members! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a combined weight limit of 100. There is a one-time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $25. Please note that some breed restrictions do apply; contact our office for a complete list.
Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
The Asher offers in-unit washer and dryers for the convenience of our residents.
Is internet provided for residents?
